Sign up at the bottom of any page on MarineParents.com. Enter your email address in the signup box and click "Go."

If you're already signed up for the Marine Parents newsletter, clicking "Go" will take you to a page that looks like this:

Click "Submit" to update your profile. Instructions for updating your profile will then be emailed to you. When you click "Update your profile" on the email you receive, it will take you to a page containing "Your Interests." It will look like this:
